You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. Our 30-day return policy goes beyond this statutory minimum and does not affect your legal rights.

Our 30-Day Return Promise

We offer a 30-day return policy for all orders delivered to customers in the United Kingdom. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Whether the fit wasn't perfect or you simply changed your mind, we'll take care of it.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
Tags and original packaging must be intact
Returns must include proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is accepted)
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@by-aisha.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours and walk you through the next steps.

Important: Do not send any item back before receiving written confirmation from us. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and complete our inspection, we will process your refund immediately and notify you by email. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment in GBP. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 14 days for the amount to appear in your account after we have processed it.

Please note the following regarding costs:

No restocking fees — we never charge a restocking fee on returns
Original shipping cost — non-refundable in all cases
Return shipping cost — customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges
Customs or import fees on delivery — we cover all customs and import duties on your behalf. The price you see on our website is your final price in GBP — no hidden charges, no surprises at your door

Exchanges

Wrong size or different style? We get it — sometimes the fit isn't perfect, or you've spotted something else you love more. We happily accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

You can exchange your item for:

A different size of the same product
A different colour (subject to availability)
Another product of equal value (or we will charge/refund the difference)

How to request an exchange:

We'll confirm availability and send you return instructions
Once we receive your original item, we ship the new one out

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges. We cover all outbound shipping and customs on the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@by-aisha.com with your order number and a photo of the item. In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

You may also cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been marked as shipped. Once the order status changes to "shipped," the standard return process applies.
